Lucas White Field Hixson, who posted the images above, also updates us that the fire broke out in reactor 3 in the last few hours.

"A fire has broken out near the roof of Reactor 3
Also some sort of object has been placed into the hole on the side of Reactor 4. It could be some sort of emergency draining equipment, or a spraying apparatus. More to follow"
