Forgive me for straying away from simple reporting, and let me opine. Why is it that they spend billions GEO-ENGINEERING aluminium vapor into the atmosphere and soil, and bomb countless foreign cities into depleted uranium dust, yet we can't organize 24/7 flyovers to encase that whole area in cement or something? They need to do something different! Is this going to become another BP oil spill? Tokyo Electric is incompetent. Why is the world allowing them to continue?
