Arkansas Bird/Fish die off area views

I don't know if the new years eve Bird die off was a government test, but I've found a few interesting things from a quick study of the area.

First, here is the area.

If you click it to see a larger view, you'll see there is a nuke plant on that river.

Could nuke plant discharge have killed the fish?

The fish deaths were in "Ozark". OZark has a number of unlabeled gas refinery looking plants. Again, on the river. Probably polluting.

And of course, the appearance of the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, over looking the nuke plants river valley, is just a coincidence, right?

Beebee, where the birds died, is not very close to the Nuke or Gas plants, but it's due east of some recent earthquakes. Some are hypothesizing there is a volcano under Arkansas. The terrain is rather lava looking..

Here are other good theories.
