I have to say my weekend was quite pleasant and also busy:). I’ve been getting ready for my baby girl, Dilynn’s 6th birthday party. She turned six years old on June 2nd and its amazing because I have watched this beautiful baby girl blossom into this beautiful, smart young girl and one day into a beautiful woman hopefully. Every year Dilynn amazes me with her knack for books and that keen sense in fashion already. She is growing to be a very intelligent, gifted little girl. I couldn't be prouder. This weekend I am giving her a birthday BBQ where all the people that love and care for her will get together and we will have the pleasure of wishing her a Happy birthday. Saturday night I had the pleasure of going to a birthday celebration for Ms. Florene “Faye” Toliver . Ms. Toliver turned 50 years old on May 31st. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Toliver a few years back and have grown very fond of her cheerful and glamorous personality. Ms. Toliver is a local native of the community of Hempstead and an educator for the district as well. She works as a First grade teacher for Fulton Elementary School and she has been doing this for numerous years. As a mother of 3 children, she has been able to balance a career , keep a well nourished home and still have time to do the things she loves such as music, shopping and dancing. Known as the “Cat Lady” which represents her fondness for leopard print and style, she has definitely made her mark in today’s world. Florene you are truly a great woman and we at Ymm wants to wish you a Happy Birthday!
